Tate etc.'s design and editorial content provide an unbiased and fresh approach across different artistic periods and media primarily of the 20th century. The imagery is central and to enhance the content of each article we placed a great deal of emphasis on a playful relationship between well-researched image and typography, in a loosly structured way. In some instances, typical for Tate etc., we let the confrontation of two images speak for itself, in an effort to provide a new point of view. The different headline fonts for each issue are silhouetted against the generous zones of white in the magazine.
